One of our certified team members will contact you to arrange a consultation, which can be conducted in person or remotely. We will inspect the area to be coated, discuss your goals, and present samples and ideas to ensure a successful outcome.
The process begins once we agree on the project’s requirements and preferences. If needed, we will present customized samples, discuss the project’s timeline and scope, and schedule the installation date and time.
Upon arriving on-site, we take every precaution to protect surrounding areas and address any last-minute questions or concerns. We then begin by thoroughly preparing the area, followed by applying the selected flooring system. Installation times vary depending on the system, but we ensure minimal disruption by cleaning and organizing our work area at the end of each day.
In most cases, we do not require a down payment. Upon project completion, we will follow up to ensure your expectations have been met or exceeded. Once confirmed, you will receive an invoice along with our gratitude for entrusting your project to Showroom Floors.
For most floors, including garages, you can walk on the surface the day after installation. We recommend waiting at least 48 hours before parking or driving on it. In most cases, cleaning is simple: start with warm water and, if dirt or grease is present, add a mild, non-abrasive cleanser, such as Simple Green. Regular maintenance with a bristle broom and hose keeps garage floors in excellent condition. For stubborn stains, we recommend Krud Kutter, available at most major retailers. A power washer with a 40-degree fan tip can be used on most surfaces. When mopping, use one bucket for clean water and a second for rinse water, or change the water frequently to avoid spreading dirt.
